In this role, you'll provide professional front-desk greeting, administrative support, and energetic customer service to potential and current residents.</p> <p>This position is currently based at our Chino community as part of a backfill need. Upon completion of this assignment, the selected candidate will transition to a similar role at another Lewis property within our portfolio.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Warmly greet and assist residents, guests, and prospects</p> </li><li> <p>Manage phones and email correspondence</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate calendars and schedule appointments</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain marketing materials and front-desk displays</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with leasing consultants and community managers</p> </li><li> <p>Support community events and special projects as needed</p> </li></ul> <p>Note: These responsibilities are a general summary of the job duties performed.
