Come join us for the ride!</p> <p>Role overview</p> <p>As the Manager of the Engagement engineering team at CarGurus, you will lead a team of 6-7 engineers focused on building and optimizing communication channels that directly connect with car shoppers. This team powers our email, push notification, and SMS platforms, critical touchpoints that drive user engagement, trust, and long-term loyalty.</p> <p>In this role, you'll collaborate closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Data Analytics, Product Management and Engineering to deliver personalized, data-driven experiences that have measurable business impact.
