<ul> <li>Responsible for the daily activities of an assigned bank branch including, but not limited to sales production, teller and new account opening operations, staff development and customer service </li><li>Accountable for the new account production and branch targets by ensuring branch employee participation </li><li>Plan, implement, and maintain ongoing aggressive, sound program of business development to meet objectives </li><li>Participate in community associations and events for Bank promotion </li><li>Monitor and provide instruction to staff regarding teller and new account opening responsibilities </li><li>Assist tellers in locating cash discrepancies and informing the proper personnel </li><li>Manage special or escalated customer concerns </li><li>Provide bank services to a diverse customer base, including a large Spanish speaking population </li><li>Accountable for career development of staff including support, guidance, direction and training </li><li>Maintain communication between branch/center and upper management </li><li>Responsible for timely monthly reports </li><li>Ensure branch compliance with all operational procedures and abide by applicable banking regulations </li><li>Adhere to Retail s Prime Time/Branch Manager Scheduling Expectations </li><li>Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Required to stand or walk for extended periods of time dependent upon branch location </li><li>Travel required for meetings and conferences </li><li>Operate a computer and other office machinery </li><li>Schedules are prepared based on business need and subject to change at any time. </li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs </li></ul> <p>FNBT is an equal opportunity employer.</p> <ul> <li>At least 18 years of age </li><li>High School diploma or equivalency </li><li>Four-year college degree in business/management or related discipline preferred </li><li>Minimum of one year management/supervisory experience </li><li>Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively develop business opportunities </li><li>Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain sound relationships with existing and potential customers </li><li>Proven success motivating a sales force </li><li>Excellent communication skills, leadership, and organizational skills </li><li>Extensive cash handling experience </li><li>Experience working in a high volume, fast paced environment </li><li>Banking industry experience preferred </li><li>Familiarity with banking laws and regulations preferred </li><li>Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays </li><li>Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy </li><li>Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment </li></ul>
