<p>Description:</p> <p>CORE is seeking a Senior-level Project Accountant for the Fort Lauderdale, Florida office. The Project Accountant will work in the accounting department and will work closely with Construction Project Managers. Specific job duties will include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Manage the monthly subcontractor billing process in Textura, including tracking of compliance, and authorization of payments to subcontractors and subtiers </li><li>Posting of billings and payments into ERP </li><li>Conduct monthly reconciliations to ensure accuracy between systems </li><li>Assist in creating monthly invoices for construction projects and post the invoices into the ERP </li><li>Assist in job audits (pre, during, post-project) </li><li>Respond and communicate with subcontractors and vendors on payment status </li><li>Perform various other general accounting tasks </li></ul> <p>Pay will be commensurate with skills and experience.
