Lead end-to-end processes, manage dependencies, and liaise with stakeholders as part of a team at the forefront of innovation.</p> <p>As a Product Delivery Manager in Consumer Banking Branch Expansion, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.</p> <p>Job responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination </li><li>Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements </li><li>Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners </li><li>Works in tandem with the Area Product Owner to defines and communicate product vision, strategy, and delivery roadmap aligned with the business strategy and goals </li><li>Partners with internal line of business (LOB) to capture data-driven technical and non-technical customer requirements, and communicate them concretely to the engineering teams in terms of customer-based outcomes </li><li>Develop and manage detailed project plans, including sequencing of work, implementation planning, and ownership of tasks. </li><li>Proactively identifies, manages, and resolves issues, including dependencies within and outside the product area, and lead completion of change management activities across functional partners </li><li>Partners with Data and Analytics, Retail Real Estate and other associated functions to ensure the product under development meets standards </li></ul> <p>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area </li><li>Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities </li><li>Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes </li><li>Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies </li><li>Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills </li><li>Strong understanding and ability to work within Agile methodologies, including working knowledge of the following tools: Jira, Confluence and Tableau </li><li>Experience working with multi-level management and complex organizations </li><li>Strong presentation and oral communication skills with the ability to articulate complex/technical concepts into simple yet effective communication to many stakeholders, management and customers </li><li>Proven experience in developing lasting cohesive partnerships with the business, operations, technology and other key stakeholders in an enterprise organization </li><li>Adaptable self-starter with strong initiative, able to learn new processes quickly, juggle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p> <ul> <li>Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics </li><li>Prior experience working within a real estate domain </li><li>Experience with geospatial data and tooling including, but not limited to: ArcGIS, Carto, Wherobots, or QGIS </li><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience </li></ul>
