Tasks will include:</p> <ul> <li>Complete ESRs for Transfer IEP meetings </li><li>Conduct kindergarten through 22 years old referrals, both initial and reevaluations </li><li>Attend IEP meetings reevaluations, revisions </li><li>Work with home school occupational therapists and teachers through the summer to gather information </li><li>Work with special eduation teachers to write IEP goals </li><li>Provide ESY/12 month services for occupational therapy </li><li>Communicate wth the Special Education Department regarding any missed services </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <p>Must hold or be a licensed Occupational Therapist</p> <p>Must complete and submit an online application.
