<p>Pay: $18/hour + Shift Differentials</p> <p>3rd Shift: 11:00pm - 7:30am (+$2/hr overnight differential)</p> <p>24 hrs/week (0.6 FTE)</p> <p>Every other weekend availability required</p> <p>Are you passionate about helping individuals reclaim their lives from addiction? As a Recovery Support Specialist (RSS) at Recovery Centers of America (RCA), you will be an integral part of the patient care team, providing direct support to individuals in treatment for substance use disorders. Your role is vital in ensuring a safe, structured, and supportive environment where patients can focus on their recovery journey.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>As a Recovery Support Specialist at RCA, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Monitor patient activities, provides safety checks throughout shift, completes documentation to include but not limited to, rounds sheet, End of Shift reports; records patient behavior. </li><li>Participate in direct patient care including ensuring patient safety, interacting therapeutically.
