<p>The Order Fulfillment Specialist is experienced in all areas of the warehouse to include, but not limited to, inventory control, pulling customer orders, shipping and receiving and operating non-motorized and motorized equipment.</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Quickly & accurately pull customer orders using first in first out (FIFO) method </li><li>Receive, off-load and breakdown incoming shipments </li><li>Count and reconcile incoming shipments against vendor packing slips </li><li>Ensure date coding on incoming product </li><li>Transport finished goods from Converting area to the Warehouse </li><li>Safely and quickly package customer orders within a 99.9% accuracy rate </li><li>Distribute product to warehouse bins in compliance with first in first out (FIFO) rotational procedures </li><li>Reposition bulk and overflow skids per FIFO procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency </li><li>Load and unload trucks </li><li>Stage order for shipment </li><li>Accurately document customer orders </li><li>Ship orders using UPS or FedEx shipping system </li><li>Restock shelves as well as organize how and where product is stored </li><li>Assist with inventory control and annual inventory process </li><li>Operate equipment in a safe and responsible manner ensuring the safety of self and team members </li></ul> <p>Additional Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain a clean, safe and organized workspace; </li><li>Participate in performance improvement programs, data collection, and meetings as directed; </li><li>Follows prescribed safety regulations </li><li>Maintains an optimal level of product quality and adheres to ORAFOL's Quality Program </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by management. </li></ul>
