<p>Youth Treatment Specialist (Full-Time) - VanAndel-Summit Program</p> <p>What youll do:</p> <p>The Youth Treatment Specialist is responsible for providing daily care, counsel and supervision to the adolescents living within the VanAndel-Summit residential home. This program provides services for substance abuse recovery for male and female adolescents ranging in age from 12-18 years old.</p> <p>Compensation + Collaboration</p> <p>Were starting team members up to $22 per hour with a generous benefits package. As a Wedgwood Youth Treatment Specialist, you can help instill the compassion, self-worth, and optimism that our residents need to overcome their trauma, addiction, and behavioral health issues. Youll work alongside our expert clinical care team to mentor residents, building relationships utilizing trauma-informed care techniques, helping them develop healthy life skills, and teaching teens to use their voices for position outcomes.
