<p>Position Summary Clinical Pharmacist - Home Infusion Location: 1111 Blackwood Ave, Ocoee, FL Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM | Rotating Saturdays (9:00 AM-1:00 PM) | On-call rotation About Home Infusion Therapy Home infusion therapy provides patients with a safe, effective, and convenient alternative to hospital stays or frequent clinic visits. This approach allows patients to receive infused or injected medications in the comfort of their home-improving quality of life, reducing costs, and saving time. Position Summary The Clinical Pharmacist plays a critical role in ensuring safe, accurate, and patient-centered care for individuals receiving home infusion therapy.
