We're looking for dependable, motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and take pride in producing quality work as part of a collaborative team.</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>As a Line Cook, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding dinner service by preparing and executing dishes with consistency, attention to detail, and care. You'll work alongside a supportive kitchen team in a high-energy environment where teamwork, communication, and craftsmanship are valued every shift.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards </li><li>Set up and stock your station before each service </li><li>Ensure dishes are plated accurately and delivered promptly during service </li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area throughout your shift </li><li>Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures </li><li>Assist with food prep, inventory, and proper ingredient storage as needed </li><li>Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team members </li><li>Support teammates during busy service periods and contribute to a positive team environment </li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned </li><li>Represent Thanksgiving Point's mission, values, and policies in daily work </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Previous kitchen experience preferred, but we're happy to train the right candidate </li><li>Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays </li><li>Basic knife skills and understanding of cooking techniques </li><li>Ability to stay organized and productive in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Reliable, team-oriented attitude with strong work ethic </li><li>Current Food Handler Permit (or ability to obtain one) </li><li>Ability to pass a background check </li></ul> <p>EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
