<p>Job Summary</p> <p>The Custodial Supervisor:</p> <ul> <li>oversees daily custodial services requirements provided within assigned zone area(s) </li><li>reviews any changes (new and/or temporary) regarding custodial services requirements with respective customers and department management </li><li>ensures custodial services are completed in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner </li><li>serves as point of contact between customers, staff, and vendors </li><li>troubleshoots service issues as necessary and implements solutions </li><li>stays informed of current technology trends and learns new technologies as they are developed </li><li>strives for continuous improvement in all activities and work performance </li></ul> <p>In addition, this position:</p> <ul> <li>directly supervises assigned custodial personnel </li><li>maintains appropriate staffing levels </li><li>focuses on relationships among team members and customers </li><li>addresses employee relations issues, and initiates corrective actions </li><li>conducts individual performance evaluations </li><li>prepares and implements training and development plans </li><li>proactively assists direct reports in reaching and obtaining their goals and objectives </li><li>promotes teamwork and a positive work environment </li></ul> <p>Skills / Knowledge / Abilities</p> <p>MS Windows/Office;KRONOS;SAP</p> <p>Does this position have supervisory responsibilities?
