If you're experienced in electrical systems, PLCs, and mechanical repair - and ready to grow with a company that invests in your future - we want to hear from you.</p> <p>Shifts Available: Afternoons (3 pm - 11 pm) and Evenings (11 pm - 7 am).</p> <p>Work Schedule: Rotating schedule: 10 days on, 4 days off - providing extended time off to recharge while maintaining full-time hours</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues across the facility </li><li>Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production equipment </li><li>Program and troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLCs and HMIs </li><li>Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics </li><li>Complete welding and fabrication tasks independently </li><li>Accurately log maintenance activities in our CMMS system </li><li>Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and procedures </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing preferred) </li><li>Strong knowledge of PLCs (Allen Bradley), ladder logic, and control systems </li><li>Proficiency in mechanical repair, welding, and fabrication </li><li>Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial safety standards </li></ul> <p>Preferred Certifications:</p> <ul> <li>Lockout/Tagout, Fall Protection, Confined Space, PPE </li><li>CPR/First Aid, OSHA 10/30 </li><li>Technical degree or trade school certification in Industrial Maintenance or related field </li></ul> <p>What We Offer:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive pay with overtime and shift differentials </li><li>Quarterly profit-sharing bonuses. </li><li>$1,500 sign on bonus </li><li>Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision - Effective Day 1! </li><li>401(k) with company match </li><li>Paid training and certification opportunities </li><li>Modern facility with cutting-edge automation </li><li>A culture that values safety, innovation, and career growth </li></ul>
