<p>What you will do in this role</p> <p>Manage PO/SAP order processes, including order entry, shipment tracking, cancellations, extensions, and delivery updates</p> <p>Maintain the channel PO tracker and share open-order updates with key accounts</p> <p>Support market prep through sales analysis, sample procurement, and meeting setup</p> <p>Assist Senior AE and Divisional Sales Manager with order offers and business needs for major off-price accounts (Ross, TJ Maxx, Nordstrom Rack, etc.)</p> <p>Share ATS opportunities and quarterly approved assortments with accounts using account-specific templates</p> <p>Enter production projections into monthly production files and communicate SKU changes</p> <p>Assist with Nordstrom Rack SKU setup, IIF forms, SSC forms, and PO verification</p> <p>Support GCC form completion for required purchase orders</p> <p>Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers through consistent communication and proactive opportunities</p> <p>Present new collections, brand strategies, and seasonal assortments to buyers during in-person or virtual meetings</p> <p>Manage sample shipping needs to ensure timely buy completion</p> <p>Partner with planning and brand teams to align on assortment needs, pricing, inventory, and lead times</p> <p>Who You Are (Requirements)</p> <p>Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)</p> <p>1-3 years of experience in wholesale, merchandising, planning, or account support-preferably in retail or consumer goods</p> <p>Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with sales data, forecasts, and inventory reporting</p> <p>Strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external partners</p> <p>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment</p> <p>Knowledge of SAP, order management systems, or EDI processes is a plus</p> <p>Experience in off-price wholesale accounts (Macy's Backstage, Burlington, DSW, etc.) is preferred</p> <p>Ability to work 4 days a week in our NYC office</p> <p>What We Offer</p> <p>Comprehensive Benefits: Includes health and well-being services.</p> <p>Retirement Planning: 401(k) match and educational resources.</p> <p>Paid Parental Leave & Return to Work Program: Support for new parents and caregivers with paid leave and a flexible phase-back schedule.</p> <p>Generous Paid Time Off: Includes Floating Holidays, Sick Time, Personal Days, and Summer Flex Friday.</p> <p>Tuition Reimbursement: For approved programs to support your professional growth.</p> <p>Employee Discounts: Save on Fossil merchandise.</p>
