The Educational Coordinator provides specific orientation for Health Center nursing staff. If this sounds like a good fit, we'd love to hear from you!</p> <p>YOU ARE EXCITED ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY BECAUSE YOU WILL…</p> <ul> <li>Plan, conduct and evaluate organized orientation and training programs for all newly hired Health Center employees which are scheduled on a regular basis. </li><li>Plan the annual and monthly Health Center training program calendar in collaboration with other facility management team members. </li><li>Recruit instructors with expertise in the appropriate discipline to improve and develop skills of clinical employees. Utilizes community resources for training programs. </li><li>Assist in the planning and coordination of training programs for Health Center within the facility to respond to identified problem areas, service quality or to teach new procedures or methods. </li><li>Maintains appropriate training records and program materials as required by federal and state regulations. </li><li>Provide specific orientation to Health Center nursing staff including completion of the clinical skills checklist. </li><li>Monitor the outcome of employee training sessions regarding skills taught and session evaluations. </li><li>Develop, maintain, and upgrade the standards for policies and procedures for the Training and Development Department. </li><li>Works as a member of the team. </li><li>Gets along well with co-workers. </li><li>Accepts change in a positive manner. </li></ul> <p>WE ARE EXCITED ABOUT YOU BECAUSE YOU…</p> <ul> <li>Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
