This position will lead the development of the FFB program infrastructure, execute the strategic plan, provide supervision and direction to program staff, manage complex business administration duties, and coordinate evaluation partners. The FoodShare program is a division of USC School of Medicine. Demonstrates commitment to conducting business lawfully and ethically by consistently adhering to compliance policies, procedures, and regulations. This position is established in support of expanded research activities.</p> <p>Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience</p> <ul> <li>Requires a bachelor's degree in a job related field and 5 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience. </li></ul> <p>Required Certification, Licensure/Other Credentials Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience in non-profit management, or public health; or equivalency. </li><li>Experience with food security, anti-poverty, nutrition assistance programs is an asset, especially in rural settings. Must have a valid driver's license and own transportation for travel. </li><li>Strong community relations/outreach skills with the ability to form effective working partnerships. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as a leader/supervisor and a member of a multidisciplinary team. </li><li>Experience with program management.
