<p>Plumber</p> <p>Pearson Center 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. 8 hours, 5 days a week</p> <p>Primary Job Function:</p> <p>Does the following work under specified direction of Maintenance and Operations Foreman and general direction of the Director of Maintenance and Operations through the Foreman.</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>General Duties:</p> <p>Performs other related duties as assigned to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit</p> <p>Knowledge of:</p> <ul> <li>Must have necessary knowledge, training, experience, abilities and skills to perform the duties of plumber. </li><li>Thorough knowledge of plumbing maintenance work and plumbing codes. </li><li>Computer and Software programs within the district </li></ul> <p>Skilled in:</p> <p>Positive Customer Service</p> <p>Ability to:</p> <p>Multitask, stay organized</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High School Graduate or G.E.D. </li><li>Completion of a certified plumbing apprentice school preferred </li><li>Minimum three (3) years' experience as a journeyman plumber/or State of Ohio </li><li>Plumbing Contractors License required </li><li>Back flow preventor license preferred </li><li>City of Toledo Journeyman Plumber License or equivalent required </li><li>Must have necessary knowledge, training, experience, abilities and skills to perform the duties of plumber </li><li>Thorough knowledge of plumbing maintenance work and plumbing codes </li><li>Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable under the Board of Education fleet policy </li><li>Must have own hand tools </li><li>Must pass Toledo Public Schools related skills and physical standards testing </li></ul> <p>Specific Job-Related Experience:</p> <p>Minimum three (3) years' experience as a journeyman plumber/or State of Ohio Plumbing Contractors License required</p>
