To learn more about Helly Hansen's latest collections, visit www.hellyhansen.com.</p> <p>Helly Hansen is looking for an exceptional North American Marketing Specialist based in the US on a one year, temporary assignment.</p> <p>Specific responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Program Execution: Support the planning and execution of retailer marketing and co-op programs to drive sell-through and brand visibility. </li><li>In-Store Presence: Lead seasonal in-store marketing initiatives, including point-of-sale materials, display graphics, and shop-in-shop experiences. </li><li>Retail Design: Develop large-format graphics and custom window displays for specialty retail locations. </li><li>Retailer Support: Deliver marketing assets, product information, and imagery to support eCommerce and retail partners. </li><li>Localized Storytelling: Collaborate with global and regional teams to adapt digital brand stories for North American audiences. </li><li>Social Media Execution: Support the creation and implementation of local social content, aligned with global messaging but tailored to regional engagement. </li><li>Training Initiatives: Coordinate staff training programs for retail partners to strengthen product knowledge and brand advocacy. </li><li>Sales Tools: Create marketing toolkits, buyer's guides, and program support materials for local sales teams and retail use. </li><li>Brand Consistency: Ensure cohesive brand presentation across all consumer and partner touchpoints. </li><li>Cross-Functional Integration: Align all marketing efforts with Sales, Product, and Global Brand teams to maintain a unified voice and strategic direction. </li><li>Event Support: Assist with planning, logistics, and execution of trade shows and key retailer meetings or presentations. </li><li>Budget Oversight: Track seasonal marketing budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation. </li><li>Order Management: Process product orders for marketing purposes and manage associated budgets and inventory. </li></ul> <p>The successful candidate will have:</p> <ul> <li>Has a passion for the outdoors. </li><li>1 - 2 years combined marketing experience. </li><li>A BA/BS Degree (preferably with a Marketing focus). </li><li>Self-starter, taking initiative to drive projects independently. </li><li>Operational knowledge of marketing tools and tactics and the skills to align resources to achieve objectives. </li><li>Creative </li><li>Presentation Skills </li><li>Sales experience / Sales Oriented POV </li><li>Superior communication skills </li><li>Experience in the Outdoor or Workwear Industry is a plus. </li><li>Computer skills (Microsoft Office - Strong Excel Skills, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator) </li><li>Ability to travel 5-10% (mostly within North America). </li><li>Role to be based from Denver, CO office. </li></ul> <p>COMP: $50,000 - $59,000</p> <p>Helly Hansen is an equal opportunity employer.</p> <p>Contact person</p>
