We are looking for a Machine Operator who thrives on performance and precision.</p> <p>Pay: $20.50/hr</p> <p>Shift: 9:30pm-6am, Sun-Wed</p> <p>Your Role</p> <p>Label machine operator, you will ensure high-quality production to meet critical retail deadlines. You won't just push buttons; you will "own" your equipment, troubleshoot issues, and drive results.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Operate & Troubleshoot: Set up and run label machines efficiently while maintaining a "zero-defect" mindset.</p> </li><li> <p>Resource Management: Minimize waste and maintain an accurate log of raw materials using our ERP system.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintenance: Responsible for the upkeep of all dies and reporting technical issues to the Facility Manager.</p> </li><li> <p>Safety & Quality: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all SOPs and safety protocols (PPE).</p> </li><li></li></ul> <p>Who You Are (Competencies)</p> <ul> <li> <p>Accountability: You take ownership of production targets and learn from errors to improve future runs.</p> </li><li> <p>Mechanical Aptitude: You have a "root cause" mentality and want to understand how your machine works.</p> </li><li> <p>Display Agility: You can pivot between tasks and shifts as production priorities change.</p> </li><li> <p>Team Before Self: You are willing to step outside your assigned duties to help a coworker meet a site goal.</p> </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>High school diploma or GED.</p> </li><li> <p>1-2 years of related experience in a production environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of a shift.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong color vision and manual dexterity</p> </li></ul> <p>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status, or other protected status.
