<p>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Provide a high level of customer service to anyone who comes into our sportsbooks </li><li>Adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by the company and the Nevada Gaming Control Board </li><li>Answer all customer questions to the best of your knowledge or seek to find out the answer in a timely manner </li><li>Try to deescalate customer disputes/complaints and escalate to direct supervisor when needed </li><li>Communicate and promote our menu of sports betting options to customers </li><li>Act in a professional manner, representing William Hill with the highest of standards </li><li>Ensure that all necessary compliance (Title 31) paperwork/documentation is filled out according to company policy and gaming control board standards </li><li>Other duties as assigned EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: </li><li>The ability to sit/stand for extended periods at a time </li><li>Must have basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Excel, internet, etc.) </li><li>H.S.
