<p>### About the Role</p> <p>We are looking for a highly strategic and execution-oriented leader to own Uber's POS and aggregator partnerships. This role will be responsible for defining and scaling our aggregator strategy, unlocking new selection, and building a best-in-class onboarding and integration experience.</p> <p>You will operate as a GM of the POS/aggregator ecosystem, owning the full lifecycle-from early partner conversations through integration, commercial structuring, onboarding, and ongoing optimization.</p> <p>### What You'll Do</p> <p>#### 1. Own Aggregator & POS Strategy</p> <ul> <li>Define and execute Uber's strategy across POS providers and aggregators </li><li>Identify high-impact partners that unlock incremental selection and growth </li><li>Evaluate competitive landscape and articulate Uber's relative advantage across partners </li></ul> <p>#### 2. Drive Partner Acquisition & Deal-Making</p> <ul> <li>Lead early-stage conversations with new partners and shape partnership vision </li><li>Structure and negotiate commercial agreements that maximize long-term value for Uber </li><li>Own deals end-to-end from pitch to signed contract </li></ul> <p>#### 3. Lead Integrations & Onboarding</p> <ul> <li>Guide partners through technical integration and onboarding workflows </li><li>Act as the connective tissue between partner, product, and operations teams </li><li>Remove friction in onboarding to accelerate time-to-live and partner activation </li></ul> <p>#### 4. Build & Optimize Scalable Processes</p> <ul> <li>Redesign and operationalize onboarding workflows for efficiency and scale </li><li>Identify bottlenecks across systems, tooling, and cross-functional dependencies </li><li>Implement scalable solutions that improve speed, quality, and partner experience </li></ul> <p>#### 5. Own Supplier Setup & Financial Operations</p> <ul> <li>Manage supplier onboarding, billing structures, and invoicing processes </li><li>Ensure operational rigor across financial flows and partner accountability </li><li>Partner with finance/legal to ensure scalable and compliant processes </li></ul> <p>#### 6. Act as GM of the Ecosystem</p> <ul> <li>Own performance of aggregator/POS partnerships end-to-end </li><li>Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Ops, Legal, Finance, and Sales </li><li>Continuously identify new opportunities to expand selection and improve partner value </li></ul> <p>### Basic Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>5-8+ years in partnerships, business development, consulting, or related roles </li><li>Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements </li><li>Experience working cross-functionally across technical and business teams </li></ul> <p>### Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience with POS systems, aggregators, or marketplace platforms </li><li>Strong operational mindset with experience building or improving processes </li><li>Experience owning ambiguous problem spaces and building from 0?1 </li><li>Familiarity with restaurant, grocery, or alcohol ecosystems </li><li>Strong financial and analytical acumen </li></ul> <p>For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$81,000 per year - USD$90,000 per year.</p> <p>For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$90,000 per year - USD$100,000 per year.</p> <p>For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$90,000 per year - USD$100,000 per year.</p> <p>For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
