<p>Pay Range: $18.77 -20.79 hourly</p> <p>Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle</p> <p>As NFM's Builder Sales Assistant you will provide support to the builder sales internal and external customers, schedule installations, complete sales transactions, help answer questions, follow-up on order tracking and adjust measure layouts.</p> <p>Job Duties: A Day in the Life</p> <ul> <li>Qualify: Approach customers in a timely manner and demonstrate the features and benefits of the products </li><li>Accuracy: Ensure exactness of order entries and follow up with customers prior to scheduled install to verify information </li><li>Communicate: Follow-up before and after delivery requests and answer any questions/problems that may arise </li><li>Research: Attend all sales/training meetings and explore/study product information </li><li>Report: Maintain current sample books, price/spec books and work with vendors on current books </li></ul> <p>Your work will directly impact our ability to help people create a lifestyle they love, for the people they love-because that's what we love.</p> <p>Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED preferred </li><li>3 years of sales or customer service in a retail or contractor environment </li><li>English/Spanish bilingual speakers preferred </li><li>Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs </li><li>Must be detail-oriented, taking time to read/follow details of builders/contractors </li><li>Data entry skills per established department requirements </li><li>Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, criminal background check </li></ul>
