<p>Business Analyst 5 (Marketplace Manager, Category & Product Management) Job ID: 25-11488</p> <p>Pay rate range - $60/hr. to $65/hr. on W2</p> <p>Schedule: Hybrid, On-site M-TR, Friday WFH/remote</p> <p>Job Description: Marketplace Manager, Category & Product Management</p> <p>Top skills: Analytics, GTM strategy, Program Management, marketplace & eCom experience</p> <p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:</p> <p>Specific responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Define the eCommerce Marketplace strategy, improve omnichannel presence, and optimize the Marketplace as a product </li><li>Drive the growth of Harman Audio, JBL, IoT categories and other marketplace initiatives, developing monthly and quarterly business plans, and managing day-to-day execution on-site. </li><li>Work with marketplace partners to develop joint business plans with associated investment to reach sales targets. </li><li>Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance to understand conversion and traffic drivers including conversion funnel, promotional lift, and marketing activities. </li><li>Lead and manage the bottom-up planning and forecasting based on individual category promotional and marketing plans. </li><li>Work closely with Channel Marketing to develop campaigns and improve content and messaging to customers to improve traffic and qualified lands. </li><li>Analyze promotion performance by customer cohorts to understand drivers of performance and to create targeted offer strategies. </li><li>Lead cross-functional initiatives to increase collaboration and investment from carriers to drive overall connected TV sales. </li><li>Prepare executive presentations to share business strategies, plans, and deep dives into specific topics as needed/requested. </li><li>Monitor model-level profitability and identify optimizations to improve overall profit rate. </li><li>Have a thorough understanding of the industry, client personality and business trends/events, and continually monitor competitor/industry developments </li><li>Conducting financial analysis to meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets. </li><li>Create promo copy, aligning with legal, and drive execution on site and across marketing channels. </li><li>Continuously monitor the customer experience journey and provide direction to supporting teams to optimize and maximize conversion. </li></ul> <p>Background & Competencies Required:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of experience in the eCommerce marketplaces. MBA preferred. </li><li>Strong leadership with the ability to drive results by partnering with Stakeholders across all levels of the organization. </li><li>Demonstrated expertise driving business execution and delivering against revenue and profit targets </li><li>Demonstrated success in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment with ability to respond to changing priorities without loss in performance or productivity </li><li>Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive influence across many levels of the organization. </li><li>Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities with high proficiency in data analysis using Excel with Tableau preferred. </li><li>Structured and process-oriented approach to solve business and operational problems with a highly agile approach. </li><li>Job details </li><li></li></ul>
