Concord Point Family Dentistry is seeking a part-time Dental Hygienist to join our fun, hard-working, and solutions-focused team. With 30 years of trusted care in our small town, we're proud to provide a positive and connected environment for both patients and team members.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Provide high-quality preventive and periodontal dental care</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct periodontal assessments, perform scaling and root planing as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and home care routines</p> </li><li> <p>Take digital x-rays and accurately update patient records</p> </li><li> <p>Manage appointment flow and time effectively:</p> </li><li> <p>New patients: 60-80 minutes</p> </li><li> <p>Returning patients: 50 minutes</p> </li><li> <p>Child prophies: 40 minutes</p> </li><li> <p>Work collaboratively with a supportive team to deliver excellent patient experiences</p> </li><li> <p>Follow infection control protocols and uphold high standards of care</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Active Maryland dental hygiene license</p> </li><li> <p>At least 1 year of in-office dental hygiene experience required</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with Dentrix, Kodak, or Carestream is a plus, but not required</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication skills with a positive, easy-going attitude</p> </li><li> <p>Comfort working independently and as part of a collaborative team</p> </li><li> <p>Passion for patient care and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset</p> </li></ul> <p>About Concord Point Family Dentistry</p> <p>For over 30 years, Concord Point Family Dentistry has proudly served the Havre De Grace community with compassionate care and a commitment to excellence.
