You will provide visibility into financial opportunities, ensure integrity of our financial statements, and measure financial profitability for our in-market investment and execution. While you are at it you will be building your network and expertise in a thriving environment of professional development and be an integral part of the US Retail Sales Team. Together we will build a stronger future for our company and your career.</p> <p>From your EXPERTISE to ours</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for overall strategic planning and deployment of analysis </li><li>Own Financial Reporting, supporting development of new processes and maintenance of existing as well </li><li>Communication and facilitation of routine commentary collection from the Sales Organization monthly </li><li>Delivering Insights via Meetings, Email, Verbal to Executive Leadership on a monthly basis </li><li>Lead and develop at least one direct report </li><li>Automate existing reporting in Business Objects, partnering with our automation team </li><li>Adhoc support with the LIS project, supporting Transaction Service Agreement (TSA) exit procedures </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>From your STORY to ours</p> <p>Education and Experience</p> <ul> <li>Education: Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required </li><li>5+ of experience in FP&A, Sales Finance, Revenue Management, Consulting, or Investment Banking </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Mastery of Microsoft Excel </li><li>Emotional intelligence </li><li>Financial reporting </li><li>Financial analysis </li><li>Strong communication </li><li>Budgeting / planning exposure </li><li>Creative thinking / problem solving </li><li>Working with large data sets </li></ul> <p>At Lactalis, we offer a comprehensive Total Rewards Program with a variety of affordable benefits and coverage options.
