This position will involve analyzing industry trends to develop and adjust business strategies to promote market share and revenue growth. This role will work cross functionally between geographical locations, internal departments and customer sites to ensure all align to the business goals. The ideal candidate is analytical and strategic with a firm understanding of the service and spares business strategies within the semiconductor industry.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Understand global service and spares business trends and strategic objectives within the SEMI industry </li><li>Develop new service and spares contract packages and pricing strategies for all products and services, and drive the sales of these contracts with our customer globally </li><li>Partner internally to establish new business opportunities and market these to the customer </li><li>Identify gaps in current service business strategies and develop paths to improvement </li><li>Collaborate with account team, business units and finance teams to develop revenue forecasts, CRM entry and monthly revenue reconciliation </li><li>Monitor and report/present revenue performance, keeping accurate records or performance </li><li>Identify and manage opportunities to rectify gaps in revenue performance </li><li>Implement revenue management software and tools to streamline processes </li><li>Work with other organizations to develop budgets and plans to achieve targets </li><li>Monitor budgets and identify gaps with plans highlighted to rectify performance </li><li>Analyze spares usage and identify opportunities and programs for spares market growth </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications & Skills</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, finance or related field </li><li>Strong understanding of service and spares business and related strategies </li><li>Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and presentation skills </li><li>Ability to present internally and to customers at an executive level </li><li>10+ years' in SEMI industry </li><li>Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously </li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills </li><li>Familiarity with market trends and customer behavior analytics </li><li>Strong understanding of pricing strategies and revenue management principles </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools </li></ul> <p>The matrix job title for this role is Manager II, Project Management</p> <p>Apply today to be part of what's next.</p> <p>We make the tech that enables the chips in devices which improve lives around the world.
