<p>Pay:</p> <p>$56,000 - $60,000 a year</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Trans-System currently has an opening for an Onsite Account Representative.</p> <p>Duties include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Recommend new procedures for increasing the efficiency of day-to-day operations. </li><li>Maintain communication with onsite manager, staff members, and THD to ensure adherence to protocols across key touch points. </li><li>Assist the onsite manager in developing, planning, and coordinating operational activities. </li><li>Monitor day-to-day operations, report on performance, and recommend actionable improvements when necessary. </li><li>Manage relationships with key operations THD personnel. </li><li>Train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees </li><li>Point of contact for drivers and THD personnel on store and/or customer deliveries. </li><li>All other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Education/Experience: to perform this job successfully, an individual must have:</p> <ul> <li>High School graduate or equivalent. </li><li>Two or more years of experience in an operational or similar role. </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and other productivity applications and platforms. </li><li>Knowledge of TMW operations. </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Medical </li><li>Dental </li><li>Vision </li><li>Various Voluntary Benefits </li><li>401K </li><li>PTO </li></ul> <p>For additional details on benefits, please click on the link below.</p> <p>Benefits.pdf</p> <p>About Us:</p> <p>Trans-System Inc is a recognized expert in the trucking industry, melding advanced technology, experienced employees, and a passion to do it right.
