<p>Job Responsibilities</p> <p>General Responsibility</p> <p>To process Concealed Weapons Permit applications for the Regulatory Department.</p> <p>Specific Duties</p> <ul> <li>Function as a team member in the processing of CWP applications. Receive and compile all fingerprint responses from SLED and the FBl. Answer telephone, interpret policies, procedures and gun laws. </li><li>Enter CWP license application information into the CWP database and assist in the processing of those applications. </li><li>Enter, process, and retrieve CWP applicant's image from DMV files and print CWP card for issuance in a timely manner as required by law. </li><li>Organize and assist in the maintenance of files on all applicants in all areas of the Regulatory Department. Perform other administrative duties as required. </li></ul> <p>Minimum and Additional Requirements</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma and two (2) years of clerical experience.
