<p>What to Expect</p> <p>As a PC Process Technician, you will be required to have a strong focus on material flow to optimize and manage the movement of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods through the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sustaining, designing, improving, and implementing systems that ensure the efficient and cost-effective flow of materials across production lines, warehouses, and distribution channels.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Design and sustain material flow from raw material receipt to finished goods shipping for seamless production and accurate inventory data </li><li>Integrate and improve technological tools for inventory management to enhance efficiency and accuracy </li><li>Plan and optimize plant layouts, storage, and transportation systems to minimize congestion and reduce material handling costs </li><li>Monitor material flow efficiency, collect data, and identify areas for improvement to optimize processes </li><li>Recommend and implement lean principles and automation to eliminate waste and improve material flow accuracy </li><li>Collaborate with various teams to align material flow systems with production goals </li><li>Provide continuous data on issue resolution, task statuses, and project completion for inventory management analysis </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring</p> <ul> <li>Strong understanding of Tesla Systems, process design, and optimization </li><li>Strong understanding of common MS office programs </li><li>Problem-solving & analytical skills with the ability to quickly identify and address material flow challenges and make data-driven decisions </li><li>Highly detailed and service-oriented, and strong process-driven nature strongly desired </li><li>Ability to lift, push or carry up to 30 lbs. </li><li>Ability to perform physically demanding work and repetitious duties, stairs and standing for up to 12 hours </li><li>Frequently and repetitively, bend, lift, reach, stoop, lay, squat, kneel, crouch, twist and crawl for extended periods of time </li></ul> <p>Tesla is an Equal Opportunity employer.
