Its innovative bespoke solutions - such as retrofitting heating elements to prevent outdoor beverage dispensers from failing in low temperatures and custom-made circulation heaters to heat fuel in large ship engines.</p> <p>Join us as we continue to provide solutions to our customers and the world!</p> <p>The Role:</p> <p>As the CNC Setup Programmer, you will Provide programming and manufacturing leadership to production cells through programing expertise, tooling usage specification, and integration of new technology. Lead CNC programming efficiency improvements through technology specification, best practice manufacturing methodologies, and personnel training.</p> <p>Your Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Ensures safety work practices and enforces safety policies </li><li>Ensure parts are programmed and manufactured in accordance with customer specifications. </li><li>Adhere to Quality System. </li><li>Provides guidance on programming, tools, and tool lists to optimize production efficiencies, as well as performs programming functions for new or complex design requirements. </li><li>Overall improvement organization of programs storing and recording in Predator. </li><li>Set Up: Overseeing set up man, assisting existing parts set ups. First piece inspection report, adjustments, improvements. </li><li>Proper S/U Training (start with set up leads). Identify current set up problems and recommend solutions. </li><li>Develops, recommends, and implements improvements to the CNC programming process including machining methods, tooling, and process control strategies. </li><li>Participates in PQA process for new designs and provides guidance on methods, tooling, and process controls. </li><li>Oversees launch of new designs into the CNC production cells, insuring that all relevant personnel understand machining requirements and proper tooling is engaged. </li><li>Recommends new equipment and equipment enhancements and insures that these capital investments are deployed properly with sufficient training to accomplish goals. </li><li>Be a driver of our strategic vision for bringing our CNC operations to world class status. </li></ul> <p>Our Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>This is a programming role. Will be 50-50% split programing and set up. </li><li>CNC Programming for 3 to 5 Axis Milling Mastercam 2017 or above. </li><li>Lathe programing a plus. </li><li>Knowledge of Okuma machines a plus. </li><li>Knowledge of turn-mill Lathes a plus. </li><li>Program complex parts from a blue print and model. </li><li>Create tool sheets and set up instructions with each CNC Program. </li><li>Read prints and maintain close tolerance dimensional quality. </li><li>Work successfully with the process engineers and machine operators to ensure quality parts. </li><li>Mastercam Programming experience 3-5 years. </li><li>Familiar with speeds and feeds. </li><li>Strong understanding of GD&T. </li><li>Knowledge of G-Code and M-Code. </li><li>Ability to work successfully with a team. </li><li>Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship, both now and in the future. </li></ul> <p>Pay Range: $20.00 - $30.00</p>
