<p>The Warehouse Supervisor will be expected to supervise, coach, mentor, and develop highly functioning work teams, comprised of team leaders and team members.</p> <p>Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Provide a safe, secure, and engaging work environment that fosters team member involvement and creativity. </li><li>Embrace and practice Stellantis Leadership Principles in Stellantis Parts and Service Way </li><li>Coordinate activities, ensure compliance that meets and exceeds the Parts Distribution Center customer KPI's, related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale, and Environmental </li><li>Provide feedback, coaching, and training to associates as needed. </li><li>Analyze root causes and execute countermeasures for daily work challenges while implementing safe work practices and preventative countermeasures. </li><li>Utilize kaizen activities to drive continuous process improvements </li><li>Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and safety with team members, peers, and senior management. </li></ul> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or GED </li><li>3 + years of related experience and/or bachelor's degree </li><li>Ability to work any shift and overtime as required </li><li>Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills </li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build effective business relationships with plant leadership and customers </li><li>Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously </li><li>Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite software programs </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in technical field </li><li>Manufacturing supervisory experience </li><li>Demonstrated ability to coach/mentor/develop team members </li><li>Experience working in a union environment </li><li>Strong background in LEAN manufacturing systems </li></ul>
