<p>Position Information</p> <p>Position Number 008022 Position Title Clinical Affiliations Coordinator, College of Nursing - 008022 Division Academic Affairs Department 470100 - Dean-Nursing Minimum Qualifications</p> <p>High school diploma or equivalent and four years of related secretarial and/or clerical experience, one year of which involved processing of agreements and/or contracts. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications Job Description Summary</p> <p>The University of South Alabama's department of Clinical Affairs is seeking to hire a Clinical Affiliations Coordinator, College of Nursing. Interested candidates should apply to be considered.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <p>These are the job duties required of the position.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Compiles data from various resources using Banner, college website, bulletin, and faculty/administrative files. </li><li>Responds to requests for information from Higher Education Boards. </li><li>Submits reports by the required deadline. </li><li>Establishes and manages files for each of the 50 states. </li><li>Coordinates with the College of Nursing administration and faculty to ensure that the college remains compliant with State Board of Nursing regulations. </li><li>Compiles and updates State Board of Nursing listings to include information regarding specific requirements for students, faculty, and preceptors. </li><li>Assists faculty with clinical site placements for students. </li><li>Collects, assembles, and documents that all clinical agreements and preceptor agreements are in order. </li><li>Monitors to assure that faculty and students have met all regulations required by hosting clinical site, State Board of Nursing, and Higher Education Board. </li><li>Serves as a resource/liaison for faculty regarding these clinical affiliations by researching appropriate websites, contracts, etc. </li><li>Coordinates with Academic Affairs office to provide information for completing applications for state authorizations. </li><li>Regular and prompt attendance. </li><li>Ability to work schedule as defined and overtime as required. </li><li>Related duties as required. </li></ul> <p>Posting Information</p> <p>Number of Vacancies 1 Position End Date (if temporary) Job Open Date 05/07/2025 Job Close Date Open Until Filled Yes Special Instructions to Applicants Working Days Monday - Friday Working Hours 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Job Location Main Campus Full-time or Part-Time Full Time Regular or Temporary Regular</p>
