<p>NO 3rd Parties or Sponsorship!</p> <p>Global Digital Program Manager (CX Platforms)</p> <p>Duration: 6 months+ extensions</p> <p>Location: 2-3 days onsite in Milwaukee, WI</p> <p>About the Role</p> <p>We're looking for a Global Digital Program Manager to lead a large-scale Customer Experience (CX) program spanning multiple regions, platforms, and delivery teams.</p> <p>This is a high-impact, program-level role focused on driving alignment, managing dependencies, and ensuring predictable delivery across a complex global portfolio. You'll work closely with business leaders, product teams, and external partners to keep initiatives on track and delivering value.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Own the end-to-end program plan across multiple workstreams </li><li>Drive cross-team coordination across product, engineering, regional teams, and vendors </li><li>Lead quarterly/PI planning and align roadmap priorities with delivery capacity </li><li>Manage dependencies, risks, and escalations across global teams </li><li>Oversee vendor and partner delivery to ensure timelines and quality are met </li><li>Provide clear executive updates on progress, risks, and key decisions </li><li>Ensure readiness for releases (UAT, cutover, go-live, hypercare) </li><li>Support and guide Project Managers and Delivery Leads </li><li>Partner with business teams to drive adoption and value realization </li></ul> <p>What You Bring</p> <ul> <li>10+ years of experience in IT, digital, or transformation programs </li><li>3-5+ years leading large, multi-workstream programs </li><li>Experience working with global, cross-functional teams and external vendors </li><li>Strong skills in program governance, risk management, and executive reporting </li><li>Hands-on experience with Agile or hybrid delivery models </li><li>Familiarity with tools like Jira or Azure DevOps </li><li>Background supporting digital platforms or enterprise systems </li></ul> <p>Nice to Have</p> <ul> <li>Experience with CX, digital commerce, or transformation programs </li><li>Exposure to Salesforce, MuleSoft, SAP, or similar platforms </li><li>PMP, SAFe, Scrum, or related certifications </li><li>Experience working across US and LATAM (Spanish is a plus) </li></ul>
