<p>As Sales Supervisors at Tesla, you lead our sales floor teams, ensuring an outstanding customer experience, fostering team development, and overseeing daily sales operations to drive success.</p> <ul> <li>Lead and guide a sales team of Tesla Advisors, setting individual and team targets </li><li>Train and develop team members on sales and delivery processes to enhance the overall customer experience </li><li>Monitor daily deliveries, create reporting metrics, and review information with the Manager to meet and exceed KPIs </li><li>Collaborate with other departments, particularly Operations Manager and Service Department, to ensure seamless customer interactions </li><li>Represent Tesla professionally when communicating internally and externally and resolve customer concerns promptly </li><li>Recruit, train, and develop management teams and employees, and ensure adherence to Tesla policies and procedures </li><li>Control store expenses, maintain showroom standards, and ensure facility maintenance is aligned with brand guidelines </li><li>Associate's degree or equivalent experience </li><li>Self-starting entrepreneur with exceptional time-management and problem-solving skills </li><li>Dedicated and ethical approach to sales and sales operations </li><li>Ability to develop collaborative relationships and act as a well-respected, trusted partner </li><li>Ability to work evenings and weekends in a retail environment </li><li>Valid driver's license required </li><li>For roles working in CA, CO, HI, ID, MD, MS, NV, NC, OH, PA, TN, UT, VA, DC: This role requires you to possess a Motor Vehicle Salesperson License issued by the State Department of Motor Vehicles.
