Assist with development of advertising strategies and creation of new marketing channels. While working here, we display the following behaviors:</p> <ul> <li>Smile, display energy and open body </li><li>Proactively greet team members and guests, initiating interaction to provide service </li><li>Always use a positive parting remark to end the conversation </li><li>Be Proactive in the appearance of the property. </li></ul> <p>Essential Job Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for seamless communication between marketing and internal stakeholders; fields and routes creative requests and ensures high quality and timely output in line with requestor specifications. </li><li>Ensures adherence to brand guidelines across physical and digital property assets. </li><li>Proactively maintains the flow of information between various casino leaders and the creative agency to ensure accuracy of mailers. </li><li>Responsible for logging all incoming Creative Requests. </li><li>Oversees and coordinates advertising and media agency efforts. </li><li>Open, traffic and order all advertising jobs and ensure a timely delivery. </li><li>Ensures the accuracy of all marketing, direct mail and promotional campaign collateral. </li><li>Provide recommendations for monthly schedules for outdoor, print, radio and other media. </li><li>Responsible for all on property signage and electronic signage. </li><li>Works with purchasing and outside vendors to ensure we are securing the best pricing while within brand standard on all printed materials. </li><li>Reviews invoicing for accuracy. </li><li>Assists in creating and implementing programs and tactics across target social media communities to build relationships and brand presence. </li><li>Assists with SEO/SEM and content updates on the website. </li><li>Forecasting and actualization of the Advertising budget and assist manager with the development of the department's annual budget </li><li>Maintain awareness of PR media advisories and be prepared to serve as an on property media escort when needed. </li><li>Work with digital marketing team to brainstorm ideas and draft/edit content for the company blog; provide creative assistance to the promotions and events team as needed </li><li>Maintain positive vendor relationships. </li><li>Performs all other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Must be 18 or older. </li><li>Bachelor degree in marketing or related field preferred. </li><li>2+ years of agency experience or related field preferred. </li><li>Creative thinker. </li><li>Must have experience with Google Workspace. </li><li>Casino marketing experience is a plus. </li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. </li><li>Attention to detail. </li><li>Work well in a self-directed environment. </li></ul> <p>Physical and Mental Demands:</p> <ul> <li>Regularly required to see, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. </li><li>Frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms. </li><li>Must be able to use a computer and a telephone. </li><li>Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. </li><li>Able to work with others while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. </li><li>Regularly required to stoop or kneel. </li></ul>
