Growth potential within organization and working directly with great clients in the water industry</p> <p>Title: Senior Account Manager</p> <p>Territory: South Central, WI (Field based)</p> <p>Travel within Territory: 80-100%</p> <p>Salary: $80-90K plus Commissions</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Value of New Accounts - $3,500 GP </li><li>Increase Invoiced GP Dollars Totals - $50,000/Year run rate </li><li>New Account Sales - $125,000/Year run rate </li><li>$/Service Hour - $500/Hour </li><li>Number of New Accounts/Month - 1/Month </li><li>Sales Calls/Week - 15/Week </li><li>Performance of other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>EEO/AA/F/M/Vet/Disabled</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Technical Degree or CWT Preferred </li><li>Minimum 2 Years Sales or Technical Experience </li><li>"In-House" Training as needed to meet objectives </li><li>Field Training with other reps to meet objectives </li><li>Must have a Class B license and ability to either drive a company car or be on the Kurita America FAVR program </li></ul> <p>Physical and Mental requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Being able to do the following in a safe and effective manner. </li><li>Climbing, ascending, and descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles and industrial equipment, using feet and legs and/or hands and arms. </li><li>Reaching and extending hands and arms in any direction. </li><li>Standing and walking for sustained periods of time. </li><li>Pushing, pulling, lifting, bending, and stooping for sustained periods of time. </li><li>Using upper extremities to move objects and equipment with steady force. </li><li>Sometimes working in temperatures above 100 degrees for periods of more than one hour. </li><li>Operating a motor vehicle for extended periods of time, sometimes requiring overnight travel. </li><li>Following customer safety rules and procedures. </li></ul>
