<p>The Integrated Products Division of Applied Research Associates is looking for a person to maintain the cleanliness of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in custodial services, preferably in an industrial setting. This role requires a thorough cleaning and tidying of the premises two to three times a week. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our building.</p> <ul> <li> <p>What you'll do as a Custodian:</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure office is prepared for daily use by taking out trash & recycling</p> </li><li> <p>Vacuum carpets, mop floors</p> </li><li> <p>Dust, remove cobwebs</p> </li><li> <p>Wash and sanitize toilets, sinks, showers</p> </li><li> <p>Restock disposables (soap, paper towels, toilet paper)</p> </li><li> <p>Wash and sanitize breakroom counters, tables and food storage and heating equipment</p> </li><li> <p>Wash and polish conference room tables</p> </li><li> <p>Undertake occasional "as needed" tasks, such as washing windows and mirrors, shampoo or steam-clean carpets and rugs</p> </li><li> <p>Manages inventory of cleaning supplies</p> </li><li> <p>Custodian Requirements</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge and use of cleaning supplies and equipment</p> </li><li> <p>Attention to detail</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to stoop, kneel, bend, and lift</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work with minimal supervision</p> </li><li> <p>Good communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Custodian Preferences</p> </li><li> <p>High School diploma</p> </li><li> <p>Company & Division Information</p> </li></ul> <p>Applied Research Associates, Inc. is an employee-owned international research and engineering company recognized for providing technically superior solutions to complex and challenging problems in the physical sciences.
