<p>Position Title: Processing Team Member</p> <p>Reports To: Assistant Store Manager</p> <p>Department:?Operations</p> <p>FLSA Status: Non-Exempt</p> <p>Position Purpose and Objectives</p> <p>Are you ready to join an organization where you can make a?substantial impact?on family focused, Christian ministries? Our search is focused on workers responsible for executing the flow of products from arrival on the loading dock, through delivery to the retail floor for hanging.</p> <p>Roles and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Load and unload carts efficiently. </li><li>Inspect clothing and other items thoroughly. </li><li>Classify items based on manufacturer, quality, and condition. </li><li>Clean and prepare products for display on the sales floor. </li><li>Sort and price merchandise accurately. </li><li>Consolidate goods and operate the baling equipment as needed. </li><li>Prepare and organize products for shipping. </li><li>Package finished products securely for shipment. </li><li>Maintain a clean and organized workspace. </li><li>Adhere to safety guidelines while working efficiently. </li></ul> <p>Skills and Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Possesses a strong work ethic with a commitment to excellence. </li><li>Proficient in understanding and implementing company policies and procedures. </li><li>Highly organized with exceptional time management skills, able to prioritize effectively. </li><li>Skilled in building and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues, management, and customers. </li><li>Experienced in maintaining accurate records and providing clear progress updates to leadership. </li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities concurrently. </li><li>Mission-driven and guided by core values in all professional endeavors. </li><li>Holds a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent professional experience. </li></ul> <p>Competencies</p> <p>Never- 0%, Occasionally- 1-33%, Frequently- 34-66%, Continuously- 67-100%</p> <p>Physical Demands:</p> <ul> <li>Frequently - Carrying up to 50 lbs., pushing and pulling up to 25 lbs., lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing up to 14-foot height, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, handling and smelling. </li><li>Frequently - Walking on tile/concrete, bending, feeling, and reaching waist/overhead level. </li><li>Continuously - Standing on tile/concrete, talking, seeing, and hearing. </li></ul> <p>Other:</p> <ul> <li>Mostly regular and weekend hours, occasionally working evenings and holiday hours as needed. </li><li>Working environment includes inside of building with semi- controlled temperatures and outside conditions with varying weather and temperatures. </li></ul> <p>Other duties as assigned: Please note that this job description may not cover every duty or responsibility that might arise in the course of employment.
