As a Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the recruiting team, candidates and clients throughout various aspects of the recruitment process. Strong skills with Excel, PowerPoint, and data tracking/reporting strongly desired.</p> <p>Key Accountabilities:</p> <ul> <li>Building and maintaining relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process by effectively providing responsive and proactive customer service via e-mail, live chat and telephone </li><li>Identify candidates' needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions and/or alternatives </li><li>Answer inbound candidate calls or respond to live chats from candidates </li><li>Follow communication and technical "scripts" to effectively resolve candidate issues </li><li>Documenting, tracking, and maintaining records and the status of engagements/ requisitions in the applicant tracking system </li><li>Managing advertising response rates, making decisions on where advertising should be turned on and off based on the available candidate pipeline </li><li>Managing, reviewing and sending HR and/or recruiting-related correspondence and documents to clients and candidates </li><li>Performing various administrative duties that support the recruiting function </li><li>Navigating multiple systems, programs and screens at the same time </li></ul> <p>Required Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Ideally, candidates will have RPO, corporate, or agency experience scheduling interviews and onboarding job candidates </li><li>Onsite a minimum of 4 days weekly in Newport Beach with ability to flex up to 5 days as needed </li><li>2+ years of project management, administrative experience or scheduling experience in a team-oriented professional services environment </li><li>2+ years of experience working with all Microsoft Office tools with particular proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint </li><li>2+ years of organizing & managing own work load with a focus on details and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines </li><li>2+ years of experience working in a fast-paced environment while effectively coping with change </li><li>High School Diploma </li></ul> <p>Estimated hourly rate</p> <p>30.00 USD - 35.00</p> <p>Salary range represents the compensation Korn Ferry expects to pay to a candidate with the requirements for the job posted.
