This position is responsible for managing multi-line phone systems efficiently, ensuring all calls are answered promptly and directed appropriately. The Receptionist will perform a variety of general administrative duties, including greeting clients, handling correspondence, and maintaining office organization. By managing multiple phone lines and operating office equipment such as copy machines, the Receptionist supports smooth daily operations.
