This position is essential to the operation's success as it works closely with carriers, customer, and on-site management to manage shipping billing and invoicing. It requires organizational skills as well as the ability to multi- task in an efficient and timely manner.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Work with management to maintain outbound trailer pool. </li><li>Schedule trailers in and out of loading doors. </li><li>Schedule Outbound drop pickup. </li><li>Communicate with dispatch(s) to ensure pickup. </li><li>Record outbound load quality. </li><li>Ensures all loader paperwork is filled out correctly and completely. </li><li>Resolve any shipping nonconformities.
