The Job Coach is responsible for assisting the individuals we serve on their job sites and out in the community. Acting as a liaison between employer, the employee and serves the individual's team and help them succeed in their profession! The Job Coach develops and maintains a positive working relationship with the employer at the individual's workplace to ensure that the individual is performing the job to the standards of the business. If you are ready to motivate and help individuals achieve their goals, apply today!</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Works closely with individuals to help them express their personal interests and employment goals </li><li>Monitors progress of the individuals and communicates with co-workers and supervisors about advancements and alternative avenues </li><li>Motivate and support the individual through their employment journey </li><li>Potentially assist in scheduling, lead and participate in team meetings of assigned individuals </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent; with at least two years related experience in regular industry, service work, and/or rehabilitation experience.
