Join us and be a part of a team that values your contributions and supports your goals!</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee all aspects of building maintenance operations including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs. </li><li>Perform routine maintenance tasks including painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs as needed </li><li>Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure optimal functioning of facilities. </li><li>Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and enhance longevity of building systems. </li><li>Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repair services and renovation projects. </li><li>Maintain grounds, including landscaping, snow removal, and debris cleanup. </li><li>Install and repair fixtures, equipment, and appliances as needed. </li><li>Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory management. </li><li>Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Proven experience as a building maintenance manager or similar role. </li><li>Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) and general maintenance practices </li><li>Excellent organizational and leadership skills. </li><li>Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with staff and contractors. </li><li>Ability to troubleshoot problems and provide solutions quickly and effectively. </li><li>Familiarity with health and safety regulations and compliance standards. </li><li>Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. </li><li>Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively. </li><li>ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor. </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team. </li></ul>
