<p>Role Overview / Who are we looking for…</p> <p>Daniels Health seeks an exceptional billing analyst to ensure the accuracy of customer invoicing. This is an excellent opportunity to develop accounting and finance experience in a fast-paced, dynamic company. Operational activities include transport, manufacturing and distribution of products, and the treatment of healthcare waste. Daniels is a highly recognized brand in the healthcare space and due to the growth of the Company is looking to grow the billing team.</p> <p>What you will do</p> <ul> <li>Timely and accurately process customer invoices for services performed and accessories sold, as well as invoices involving complex billing structures involving multiple entities. </li><li>Identify and process billing adjustments in a timely manner. </li><li>Gather and summarize supplemental billing information to accommodate customer billing requirements. </li><li>Work directly with customers to provide summary reporting on a monthly basis. </li><li>Analyze customer contracts and system setup to ensure billing accuracy and determine the need for adjustments. </li><li>Monitor customer phone call and email queue, including answering and addressing billing-related customer questions and/or complaints associated with invoicing. </li><li>Create Salesforce Work tickets/cases and forward to applicable departments if unable to address Customer questions. </li><li>Provide timely customer service to customers via phone and email. </li><li>Collaborate with collections, sales, and plants to research and resolve customer billing questions. </li></ul> <p>Candidate Profile</p> <p>Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred, equivalent work experience considered </li><li>Intermediate Excel skills </li><li>Highly organized with exceptional written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Sharp eye for detail </li><li>Proficient data entry skills; high number of words per minute </li><li>Ability to use numerous softwares at any given point </li><li>Easy to adopt change </li></ul> <p>$25.13 - $29.09 an hour</p> <p>Daniels Health & Sharpsmart is an equal opportunity employer.
