<p>The masonry apprentice's primary responsibility is to represent Bone Dry Roofing, Inc with the highest degree of professionalism, punctuality, and integrity. You would be responsible for providing our customers with respect, honesty, and the highest level of customer service at all times.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Mixing and making mortar </li><li>Installing chase lids </li><li>Tuck pointing </li><li>Brick replacements </li><li>Minor roof and flashing repairs </li><li>Comprehending the basics of installing masonry work </li><li>Communicate with customer during project via text strings </li><li>Perform walk through with customer and collect payment as needed </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Valid driver's license </li><li>Pass a background check and submit to a drug screen </li><li>Daily travel in the home market </li><li>Must comply with all company safety and personnel policies. </li><li>Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 100 lbs. </li></ul> <p>Compensation and Benefits</p> <ul> <li>$20-25/hr, depending on experience </li><li>Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance </li><li>Company paid life insurance </li><li>Company paid short-term disability </li><li>401(k) Plan </li><li>PTO, Vacation & Holidays </li><li>Company truck, and gas card provided for company use </li></ul> <p>Bone Dry Roofing is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
