<ul> <li>Fully understand loan structure and process of loan documentation, closing, funding, and boarding. </li><li>Prepare/review loan documentation, closing and funding in accordance with loan conditions and requirements. </li><li>Process/Review loan boarding. </li><li>Upload and review final signed loan documentation including CCR (or CCM) into Global Wave (GW) </li><li>Follow up/Review collateral and Original signed loan documentation. </li><li>Review Daily Non-Post accounts/GL balance. </li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve system / processing issues. </li><li>Resolve escalated customer service issues. </li><li>Process/Service/Solve problem. </li><li>Understand loan accounting system to perform boarding of new, renewals, extensions, restructurings, and other changes and maintain accuracy of loan system. </li><li>Process and approve loan/general ledger tickets using online posting system modules (TMS and/or Block-Infra) for funding and fee related. </li><li>Call back daily New Loan/Renewal/Extension/Modification & Clear Non-Post accounts /GL balance/research outage in general ledgers and loans. </li><li>Self-process and review loan documentation, boarding and closing. </li><li>Assign/Approve/review loan documentation, boarding and closing. </li><li>Assist senior officers and loan operations staff as needed. </li><li>Attend trainings and seminars as assigned for continuing education. </li></ul> <p>Job Qualifications/Requirements</p> <p>Education/Credentials</p> <ul> <li>Level of college education </li><li>Credentials and/or licenses </li></ul> <p>Skills</p> <ul> <li>Required: Extensive knowledge in Loan Operations policies and procedures. </li><li>Required: Extensive knowledge in banking, regulations, and State/Federal Regulations. </li><li>Required: Extensive knowledge in Laserpro and Fiserv System (core system). </li><li>Communication Skills: </li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image when giving and taking information in writing, in person, and over the phone. </li><li>Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or customer complaints. </li><li>Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, employees, regulators, or board members. </li><li>Ability to interact effectively with all levels of Bank personnel, departments, and customers. </li><li>Ability to interact effectively and efficiently with internal and external auditors. </li><li>Reasoning Skills: </li><li>Excellent analytical skills including the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
