<p>Admissions Specialist - Sage Ridge</p> <p>AllHealth Network is currently looking for qualified experienced Admissions Specialists to join our team at our new Sage Ridge location. We are looking for dedicated professionals passionate about behavioral health services. As a team we strive every day to nurture growth and recovery by caring for each other, our clients, and our future.</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Admissions Specialist</p> <ul> <li>Accurately and efficiently complete telephone inquiry calls in Salesforce </li><li>Timely complete client screening assessments, coordinating assessment of insurance benefits eligibility as needed </li><li>Enter critical data into electronic medical records prior to admission, obtaining any necessary mental health and medical records </li><li>Follow-up with internal stakeholders to determine therapeutic, medical, and financial appropriateness of admission </li><li>Re-engage with initial inquiries to establish relationships and connect callers to appropriate resources </li><li>Introduce prospective clients and families to the Sage Ridge AllHealth Network experience through tours and staff connections </li><li>Schedule admissions, complete required paperwork, and obtain necessary signatures </li><li>Participate in and promote a positive, supportive, and cooperative team environment </li><li>Support Business Development efforts by accurately reporting referral source </li><li>Collaborate with Nursing team members to ensure client safety during the admissions process </li><li>Adhere to confidentiality laws including 42CFR Part 2, HIPAA and HITECH </li><li>Follow all AllHealth Network policies and procedures </li><li>Complete all required training as listed in Relias Learning (both online training and face-to-face training) within required timelines </li><li>Perform other duties as required within the scope of the position and the experience, education and ability of the employee </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred. Equivalent work experience may be substituted for education requirements. </li><li>CAT certification or NADAAC equivalent is preferred </li><li>CPR/First Aid Certification </li><li>Six months of previous work experience in substance use disorder field is preferred </li><li>Familiarity with mental health services and basic medical insurance concepts is advantageous </li></ul> <p>Skills/Knowledge:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to relate with detachment and empathy to clients and families. </li><li>Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office products in a Windows environment. </li><li>Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal formats. </li><li>Skilled in effectively building rapport through telephone and email. </li><li>Basic knowledge of treatment modalities. </li><li>Initiative to learn program enhancements and new approaches to treatment. </li><li>Personal maturity reflected by sound judgment and decision-making abilities. </li><li>Skilled in managing volumes of detailed information. </li><li>Proficient in thoroughly collecting and accurately entering data. </li><li>Ability to demonstrate sensitivity to cultural diversity issues. </li><li>Authentic commitment to AllHealth's mission and vision, actively working to further organizational objectives </li><li>Must have valid Colorado driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record if driving AllHealth Network vehicle or driving for AllHealth Network business </li><li>If recovering from a substance use disorder, one year of continuous sobriety is required </li></ul> <p>Shift/Location:</p> <p>Full-time position</p> <p>Watkins, CO</p> <p>Pay Rate:</p> <p>$23 - $25 an hour</p> <p>The base salary range represents the low and high end of the AllHealth Network salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, and the ability to embody the AllHealth Network mission and values. The range listed is just one component of AllHealth Networks' total compensation package for employees.
