Our cutting-edge technology caters to large enterprises, and our impressive client base includes globally recognized companies.</p> <p>Role Overview: Pharos is seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Representative (BDR), with a focus on results, to join our marketing team. The BDR is a crucial part of our sales and marketing process, responsible for creating awareness of Pharos in our target market and generating interest in our industry-leading products and services. This role provides a unique opportunity to learn the foundations of SaaS enterprise sales and establish a rewarding career in the field.</p> <p>We're moving fast. Applications will be accepted through May 19th, and we'll be reviewing and evaluating candidates on a rolling basis. Our interview day is scheduled for May 27th. The expected start date for this role is between June 9th and June 16th. If you're ready to jump into a high-growth opportunity with a company that moves with purpose, we'd love to hear from you.</p> <p>Pay Range: Base of USD$55,000-USD$60,000 per year and a commission target of USD $20,000 per year.</p> <p>Location:? Candidates must reside in the Denver Colorado area. This position can be hybrid or remote for the right candidate.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develop pipeline utilizing a defined methodology to educate, nurture and convert leads into qualified sales opportunities. </li><li>Identify and engage prospects through various communication channels, including phone, email, social media, and targeted marketing campaigns leveraging a variety of tools, in creative approaches to break through the noise. </li><li>Providing a best-in-class handoff, transition qualified leads to the appropriate account executive for further engagement. </li><li>Achieve monthly SLA targets, including activity, meetings set for AEs, and pipeline generated. </li><li>Utilize multiple communication channels to schedule appointments, ensuring alignment with company objectives. </li><li>Update the Salesforce CRM database with accurate and relevant information to maintain a comprehensive activity history to track interactions and progress. </li><li>Capture and share valuable business insights through meaningful interactions with prospects and gather critical data that contributes to the enhancement of our sales strategy. </li><li>Be a brand ambassador to uphold the company's reputation through professionalism and adherence to our core values across all client and community interactions. </li><li>Stay at the forefront of industry trends, market insights as well as continuously acquire technical, competitive, and sales skills knowledge to remain agile and relevant in the ever-evolving business landscape. </li></ul> <p>What Makes You a Strong Fit: We're looking for someone who falls into one of the following categories:</p> <p>You're an experienced BDR (or sales pro): You have a proven track record of success in a similar role.</p> <ul> <li>You're looking to build on that foundation, sharpen your skills, and grow into a bigger opportunity </li><li>You love the thrill of pipeline generation, and you're always hunting for the next "yes" </li></ul> <p>Or, you bring the right ingredients and are ready to grow: We're looking for grit, curiosity, and a love for connecting with people.
