Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Learn more about benefits at Google.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead and mentor a high-performing team of planning program managers, fostering career development and a collaborative culture. </li><li>Own comprehensive supply planning and fulfillment (Purchase Orders (POs), supplier commits, logistics), presenting demand-supply analysis and risks to executive leadership </li><li>Partner with commodity management, finance, and NPI teams to align deployment plans, manage constraints, and optimize allocations. </li><li>Oversee the full memory component lifecycle, defining NPI strategies and managing End of Life (EOL) transitions to minimize Excess and Obsolete (E&O) risks. </li><li>Drive continuous improvements in SAP, Kinaxis rapidresponse, and E2Open, using deep analytics to optimize supplier allocations and plan accuracy. </li></ul>
