<p>Job Summary:</p> <p>Prepare concession items for sale; collecting and reporting moneys from sale; making change; performing clean up around concession stand; assist in preparing program information. This position requires working days, evenings and weekends and also extensive periods of standing.</p> <p>Typical Duties:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Collect and report moneys from all sales, provide daily report.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain good public relations.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain sanitary concession conditions.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide daily report of concessions inventory.</p> </li><li> <p>Implement food sanitation health code requirements.</p> </li></ol> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <p>Must be a minimum 16 yrs. of age; experience in handling and reporting money; familiarity with State of Texas rules on food service sanitation and food handling.
